We are looking for a new Research Intern to support our research and development team. You will manage mostly entry level research related tasks for the team including creating reports, meeting minutes, preparing solutions and experiments, and more. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office Suite, have strong problem-solving skills, basic lab skills and be ready to learn new skills on the job. As more experience is gained and with a proven track record, additional responsibilities can be earned with additional teaching opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Wash glassware.

2. Prep basic solutions and experiments under guidance.

3. Help straighten and keep the lab neat.

4. Perform literature review as required for individual projects.

5. Update SDS binders and digital files in google drive as needed.

Requirements:

-In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.

-Completion of college level chemistry.

-High school diploma or higher. In college for a STEM degree.

-Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.

-Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing -environment.

-A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.

-Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
